The SHI Community

Located in an old industrial area between the fifth and the sixth ring road of Beijing, the project involves renovating an old factory building into a modern community center for students. Features integrated outdoor facilities such as an outdoor auditorium and entertainment area. The interior includes shops, study rooms, meeting rooms, co-working spaces, and dormitories. The design concept aims to create an open and flexible space that can meet the needs of a dynamic student community.
